FleetIQ Consulting ("we", "us") operates the PayIQ™ invoicing platform. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our services integrated with QuickBooks Online.

Information We Collect: We collect business contact information (name, email, address, phone) and billing data (invoice amounts, dates, HST numbers) provided by independent contractors using PayIQ™.

How We Use Information: Solely to generate invoices, process payments, and sync billing data with QuickBooks Online on behalf of FleetIQ Consulting.

QuickBooks Integration: We create vendor bills in QuickBooks using Intuit's API. We do not access, store, or share any QuickBooks customer data beyond what is necessary for bill creation.

Data Sharing: We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is shared only with Intuit (QuickBooks) for bill creation and Google (Drive) for invoice storage.
